A confused Mind to a contented one, inner peace, spirituality, religion, ways to enhance your life. Ways to ease or cure real mental and physical problems, such as involuntary shaking of the head.
Ways to achieve all of the above is the sole aim of this site. Through my own personal struggles and experiences, it is my sincerest wish for all of you to attain inner peace, a contented life and discover what real spirituality is and can do for you.
I genuinely hope that on its pages each and every one of you will find something of real benefit to take away and use to better your own lives. It is not my aim to preach or lecture, only to be of help.
Whether it is through the involuntary shaking of the head, inner peace, spirituality vs religion or one of the other pages, I hope you will all find something of real help and then make use of it.
Having a confused mind is painful and very distressing, but unlike having something physically, wrong like a broken arm, as painful as that is, you can not just pop along to the doctor and have a plaster put on it, also at least with physical pain you know where it is coming from, not so with the mind.
There are many forms of having a confused mind, as with my involuntary shaking of the head, whilst to the outside world it looked purely physical, the amount of fear, self hate and self imposed isolation it brought to me personally, most definitely upset my inner peace and finding real spirituality to say the least.
For some, such as myself, the lack of a contented life can take you to dreadful places such as self harm, eating disorders, drugs, alcohol etc. Whether the root cause is in childhood neglect, abuse and so on, is all up for debate, but at the end of the day all of us have to live in the here and now, with who we are, what we want to become and what we have.
Let me assure you whether you be Christian, Hindu, Muslim, Jewish, Agnostic, Atheist or of any other religion, a confused mind can happen to all of us. You may see certain pages referring to spirituality, inner peace, religion, amongst others.
It has been my experience that real spirituality is within us all and has nothing to do with what religion you are, (or are not).
As I said at the beginning, the sole aim is to assist everybody in attaining inner peace, spirituality and a contented life, not to lecture you, as I think we all had enough of that at school.
All I ask of you is to look at the pages and if you try some of the suggestions earnestly and they work for you, then that is all the reward i could ever ask.
Like I have said before there are no quick fixes such as a magic pill you can take and all of a sudden everything is rosier in the garden and you have an abundance of inner peace. Yet some of the results I have witnessed, both in others as well as myself, including my involuntary shaking of the head, have been quite amazing.
Remember you never stop growing spiritually. Your biggest enemy is your mind, which paradoxically, can be your greatest ally. This, because whilst the being incredibly powerful, we often use it to sabotage ourselves through negative thinking, which sometimes we are not even conscious of doing.
This is why it so important to stop running on auto pilot and become fully conscious of whom we really are and stop listening to the negative things we think of ourselves, as over the years these thoughts become entrenched and now must be smashed. It might sound dramatic, maybe it is, but in order to gain real spirituality and gain inner peace and freedom, does require some real work.
